I highly recommend Sonny to anyone that wants to do weight lifting the right way! I think the worst thing you can do to your body is to lift weight in improper form, that will most likely hurt your body more than doing any good, I lifted weight before on my own and I was doing most of the exercises I do now with Sonny wrong, What I like about Sonny is his incredible attention to detail to you, when he is working with you, when you are lifting he is super focused on you, wether you are doing it right or no and he keeps correcting your form in a very patient way until you do it right, and all this while keeping everything fun, with him I got incredible results, I became so much stronger in a few weeks with him and I added a lot of muscle and definition, and he motivated me to eat so much healthier, plus when we workout we are having fun and cracking jokes.
So I definitely recommend him to anyone that REALLY wants to see results because this guy is not doing it only for money he is SO passionate about weight lifting and that makes a HUGE difference and the best part is he charges reasonably.
I cant thank enough Sonny for everything, he really changed my overall health and strength to the better!

I started to work out in July. Since I was a beginner I wanted to have someone who could guide me into the fitness world and I got Sonny as a personal trainer. Sonny not only taught me a proper form and consulted me about the diet but also motivated me to exercise and pushed my limits significantly. Sonny is a very reliable and top quality fitness instructor. You can count on him for his knowledge, and he’ll keep you calm and talk you through everything, even if you are nervous about upping the anti and moving onto something heavier. I personally wasn’t very confident about going to the gym in the first place because I thought I’d get injured by lifting or attempting something wrong. But as time went on I built on simply lifting the bar, to heavier weights, which was something I wasn’t sure I was capable of. For a lot of people, they think that gym work is “no pain, no gain”, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Sonny is a great encourager, he’ll push you to get you out of your comfort zone, but he won’t let you put your body at risk. He’ll instead make you feel more confident and push you to reach greater heights to make sure you meet your fitness potential and capability.
